About mindnet Jarl

Mindnet Jarl serves as a trusted counterpart to executives, senior leaders, and teams navigating complexity and systemic change. The practice is especially attuned to leaders and their organizations in the international  development space, where decisions carry long‑term impact and require clarity, alignment, and resilience.

Each engagement is led by Nadja L. Jarl, with the option of drawing on trusted collaborators when additional expertise strengthens the work. The approach is grounded in discretion, empathy, and an open mind. Rather than claiming to have all the answers, Mindnet Jarl creates the conditions for meaningful dialogue, reflection, and progress that leaders and teams can define, own, and sustain.

Values. The practice is anchored in integrity, empathy, curiosity, creativity, and generosity. These values shape a confidential and safe environment where leaders can think freely, align with purpose, and co‑create progress that endures.

Credentials and approach.

A lifelong learner, I hold certifications in design thinking, positive psychology, and several industry-recognised coaching methodologies. Trained to International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach*, I also hold EMCC Global Senior Practitioner accreditations in both Executive Coaching and Team Coaching. My focus is on systemic, senior-level coaching — an approach closely aligned with EMCC Global’s standards of reflective and evidence-based practice.

My senior practitioner's systemic team coaching approach is informed by the work of Professor Peter Hawkins, Chairman of Renewal Associates and Co‑Dean of the Global Team Coaching Institute. His Systemic Team Coaching® model** provides a rigorous framework for enabling collective leadership and sustainable transformation.

* "The prestigious Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designation is the most rigorous and respected in the industry. Accredited with the International Coach Federation (ICF), our Co-Active coach training program has been called the “gold standard” of coaching by the Institute of Coaching, a Harvard Medical School affiliate that has linked the four cornerstones of the Co-Active Model to evidence-based scientific research for its effectiveness."

**  What is Systemic Team Coaching ® ? A process by which a team coach works with a whole team, both when they are together and when they are apart, in order to help them improve both their collective performance and how they work together, and also how they develop their collective leadership to more effectively engage with all their key stakeholder groups to jointly transform the wider business.
